Station information

Part of the Radio Caprice network, this station focuses on musique concrete and experimental sound art. The stream leans into avant-garde composition where everyday noises, field recordings and manipulated audio replace traditional melody and structure. The format traces back to mid-20th century experiments with tape recording, where natural and mechanical sounds were captured, edited, looped and transformed into standalone pieces. There is no performer in the usual sense - the work exists as a finished audio construct. Over time, this approach blended with electronic music and influenced industrial and experimental scenes, and the station reflects that evolution in its selection.
