This Privacy Policy applies to the PCRADIO online radio service, including the pcradio.app website, the web radio catalog, station pages, search, playback features, account and favorites features, and the PCRADIO mobile applications for Android and iOS.
PCRADIO helps users discover and listen to online radio stations from around the world. PCRADIO is not the broadcaster of third-party radio stations and does not control the websites, streams, privacy practices, or content of those stations.

We use this contact channel to receive requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data where such rights apply.
Data processed on pcradio.app
When you visit pcradio.app, we may process technical information that is necessary to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, language settings, requested pages, referrer, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
When you use search, filters, country or genre navigation, station pages, or playback controls, we may process the actions needed to return results, load station information, start playback, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the service.
If you create or use a PCRADIO account, we may process the data required to provide that account, including email address, display name or nickname, authentication data, profile settings, avatar image if uploaded, saved favorites, session identifiers, password reset events, and account security records.
Why we process data
We process data to operate the website and applications, provide the radio catalog, enable playback, save favorites, maintain user accounts, respond to support requests, protect the service from abuse, diagnose technical problems, measure service performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or similar data protection rules apply, processing may be based on consent, performance of a service requested by the user, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or compliance with legal requirements.
We do not sell users' personal data. We do not use account data to determine the editorial content of third-party radio stations.
Cookies, local storage, and anti-abuse checks
pcradio.app may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the website working correctly, remember interface language, preserve session state, store preferences, support account sign-in, protect forms, and understand how the service is used.
Some cookies are technically necessary. Analytics, advertising, or similar optional technologies may be provided by third-party services and may require consent depending on the user's location and applicable law.
The website may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar anti-abuse services to protect registration, sign-in, password reset, and other forms. These services may process technical signals under their own privacy policies and terms.
Radio playback, searches, and external streams
When you start playback, your browser or application may connect to a radio station stream, CDN, hosting provider, or broadcaster-controlled server. That third-party server may receive technical information such as your IP address, user agent, time of request, and stream request data.
PCRADIO does not control how third-party radio stations, stream hosts, or external websites process data. To understand their practices, review the privacy policy of the relevant station, broadcaster, stream provider, or website.
Search queries and catalog interactions are processed to provide results and improve product quality. We do not intentionally use search text to identify a person unless the user includes personal data in the query or request.
Mobile applications for Android and iOS
This Policy also applies to the PCRADIO mobile applications for Android and iOS, including historical Android application names such as Online radio PCRADIO and Radio online - PCRADIO 2016.
The mobile applications may process technical data needed for playback, diagnostics, crash reporting, application security, analytics, advertising, app store distribution, push or service notifications where enabled, and background playback.
The applications may use operating system permissions only for the functions they support. For example, background playback allows radio to continue while other device features are used; phone-state access, where present in older Android versions, may be used to pause playback during an incoming call and resume it after the call ends.
Third-party services
PCRADIO may rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, content delivery, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, app distribution, email delivery, authentication protection, payment-free service operations, and fraud or spam prevention.
These providers may include Google services such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Google Analytics, Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Apple services, Yandex services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, hosting providers, and email or security providers.
Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies and agreements. PCRADIO uses them to operate and improve the service, but does not control every independent processing activity performed by those providers.
Storage, security, and transfers
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, security, support, compliance, backups, dispute resolution, and service maintenance.
Account data is normally retained while the account remains active. Technical logs, analytics records, security records, and backups may be retained for limited periods according to operational, security, or legal needs.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Data may be processed in countries other than the user's country when our providers, infrastructure, or support operations require it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent.
You can manage some choices through your browser, device settings, account settings, cookie controls, app permissions, and app store privacy controls. You can also contact support@pcradio.app for privacy requests related to PCRADIO.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may have the right to contact a competent data protection authority.
Children, links, and policy changes
PCRADIO is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal data to PCRADIO, contact us at support@pcradio.app.
pcradio.app and the applications may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, radio stations, social networks, and other services. Their privacy practices are not controlled by PCRADIO.
We may update this Policy when the website, applications, legal requirements, or service providers change. The latest version is published on this page with the update date shown above.
