From the mid-1980s club culture comes Balearic Beat, presented here as a Radio Caprice stream from Russia. The station plays relaxed electronic dance music shaped by house rhythms, slow tempos and a wide mix of influences, designed for long listening rather than peak-time energy. Balearic beat grew out of DJ sets on Ibiza, where house tracks blended freely with soul, funk, dub, pop and global sounds. Early on it was more about mood than rules, open to different tempos and styles. Over time it leaned toward warm four-on-the-floor grooves, gentle percussion and melodic lines, often with guitars or piano, creating music that feels like sunrise after a long night.
